"We had a lovely stay in Greer. Our cabin was simple but very clean. It had everything we needed. Communication with owner was easy and fast. It is a small cabin with a small bathroom but everything was clean. Great location. "

"This is a new house and is just immaculate and the setting is wonderful. We saw elk just across from the property. The house is nicely furnished and is by far the cleanest VRBO we have ever rented. We had rented the house for three nights but only stayed one, only because of the stairs that you have to climb to get to the main level with the kitchen and 2 bedrooms. Since I had blown out my knee and was healing, the stairs made accessing the main level was near impossible. There are two beds in the basement (where you enter the house) and we slept there. There is a bath in the basement, so everything worked out fine.My suggestion is if you have a mobility issue, check with Renya and she will make the basement more than adequate for a stay. You just won't have access to the kitchen. Overall, this is a great and lovely home and the hostess is a real sweetie and Alpine is just a beautiful place. I would definitely recommend. "

"This historic motel is well preserved and reasonably priced. I prefer an old independent property instead of a cookie cutter chain. The room was spacious, the beds very comfortable, and the guest amenities were a cut above. The staff was friendly and efficient. The complimentary breakfast offerings were plentiful. Highly recommend!"
